At Next Wave we combine expert craftsmanship, innovative techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver top-tier embroidery, screen printing, and other embellishment methods. Whether you need a bold graphic tee to celebrate a milestone, branded hats for a golf tournament, backpacks for a company meeting, or a new hire uniform package, we have the expertise, equipment, and processes to ensure every item looks sharp, vibrant, and professional.
Embroidery
Embroidery is one of the most durable and professional ways to showcase your brand on apparel and accessories. Whether it’s company uniforms, polo shirts, jackets, hats, backpacks, or blankets, high-quality embroidery adds a polished, long-lasting touch that elevates your brand’s image.
However, not all embroidery is created equal. Partnering with a professional embroiderer who understands different fabrics and techniques is essential to achieving the best results. We use the highest quality thread and will ensure the best color matches for your logo.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is one of the most effective ways to showcase your brand on apparel, offering vibrant colors, durability, and versatility. Whether outfitting your corporate team, promoting an event, or celebrating a milestone, high-quality screen printing ensures your designs make a lasting impact.
Like embroidery, understanding different fabrics and techniques is critical to quality and consistency when choosing screen printing as a decoration method. Cotton, polyester, blends, and performance fabrics require different inks and curing processes to ensure a crisp, long-lasting print. From traditional plastisol printing to water-based and discharge inks, specialty effects like puff prints, metallics, and gradients, the right techniques elevate your design and bring your vision to life.
Direct-To-Film
Direct-to-film (DTF) printing has grown tremendously in popularity and capabilities. DTF allows for high-resolution, full-color images with sharp detail and smooth gradients. It’s ideal for complex designs and multi-color logos. Additionally, DTF works well on a wide range of fabrics, including cotton, polyester, blends, and performance wear, regardless of whether dark or light-colored fabric. Prints are flexible, stretch-resistant, and can withstand many washes without cracking or fading.
At Next Wave, we utilize DTF in many of our clients’ company stores and e-commerce programs due to the ability to economically provide multi-color prints in low-quantity production runs, including one-piece orders. Direct-to-film printing is an efficient, high-quality option for custom, vibrant, and long-lasting designs across diverse garments and other items, including hats, backpacks, and coolers.
Direct-to-Garment
Direct-to-garment (DTG) uses specialized inkjet technology to print directly onto fabric—think of it as a high-end inkjet printer, but for apparel. The ink bonds with the fabric fibers, creating a seamless print and smooth, non-bulky finish.
We primarily utilize DTG on low-quantity orders with 100% cotton items, as there are some drawbacks to direct-to-garment printing on other fabrics.
Sewing
Whether you need patches sewn on your company trucker caps, name patches on first responder uniforms, or a woven label sewn on a blanket for customer appreciation gifts, we’ve got you covered with our in-house sewing expertise and equipment.
In addition to our in-house production capabilities, our supplier partners offer dozens of other decoration methods for apparel and promotional products. So, if you want your branding or logo laser-engraved on Owalla FreeSip bottles, debossed on Moleskin notebooks, or foil stamped on gift bags, Next Wave is your partner for getting the right decoration on the right product in the right way.
