Warehousing
Our climate-controlled facilities ensure your products are safe and secure around the clock. We utilize a slotting and bin assignment process, along with bar-coding technology, that assures your items are properly accounted for and easily accessible to our fulfillment team for lightning-fast retrieval.
Inventory Management
Whether produced in our facility or sourced from one of our supplier partners, every item is counted and checked for quality assurance before being accepted and assigned to storage space. Once accepted into inventory, you have access to live inventory reports for all your products by size, color, and other attributes. We work with you to build a replenishment process and establish minimum and maximum inventory levels for each SKU for the best balance of cost control and uninterrupted supply.
Fulfillment
Typically within one business day of receipt of an order for warehoused merch, we will pick, pack, and ship the order to the recipient using our integrated shipping platform. Fulfillment orders can be placed via your company webstore, client portal, or directly with a member of the Next Wave team. You can take advantage of our discounted muti-carrier rates or utilize your own shipper accounts. When setting up your fulfillment program, we work with you to establish shipping rules depending on if the order has one item, is a bulk shipment, and how to handle orders that include both warehoused inventory and print-on-demand (POD) apparel or other branded merchandise. Less-than-truckload (LTL) is available as an option when necessary. The ordering party and anyone on your team you choose receive communication as the items make their way to the final destination.
